Eyez On Your Loved Ones, LLC provides structured support services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), behavioral health needs, and dual diagnoses who need more than occasional help. Our services are designed for individuals who benefit from supportive housing, daily staff support, and, when authorized and appropriate, 24-hour supervision to remain safe, stable, and successful.
We understand that some individuals need consistent support throughout the day and night, not just periodic visits. Our program is built to help people live in a setting where they can receive supervision, guidance, skill-building, and assistance with daily routines while still being treated with dignity and respect.

We support individuals with medication reminders, education on proper usage, and coordination with healthcare providers to promote safety and understanding.
We help individuals engage in their community through social activities, appointments, and meaningful experiences.
We offer engaging wellness and movement classes, including Zumba and light fitness activities, designed to promote physical health, coordination, and overall well-being. These classes provide a fun, supportive environment where individuals can stay active, reduce stress, and build confidence.

Eyez On Your Loved Ones, LLC is excited to expand our services in Spring 2027 with the introduction of our Therapeutic & Outdoor Wellness Program. This program is designed to support emotional well-being, personal growth, and overall quality of life through a peaceful and structured environment.
Participants will have access to a calming outdoor setting that includes farmland, fishing ponds, and nature-based activities. These experiences will promote relaxation, reduce stress, and provide meaningful opportunities for engagement, skill-building, and social interaction.
Our goal is to create a safe, supportive space where individuals can connect with nature, build confidence, and develop healthy coping skills while continuing to grow toward greater independence.

Founder & Executive Director | Eyez On Your Loved Ones, LLC
Lola Wilson serves as the Founder and Executive Director of Eyez On Your Loved Ones, LLC, a provider organization dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through person-centered, community-based services. In this role, she oversees program development, behavioral support services, regulatory compliance, quality assurance initiatives, and organizational operations focused on improving outcomes and quality of life for individuals and families receiving support.
Wilson brings more than 20 years of experience spanning healthcare, behavioral health, developmental disabilities services, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. Her professional background includes experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), state surveyor, behavioral health professional, and healthcare leader, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of direct care delivery, healthcare regulations, quality standards, and person-centered support systems.
Throughout her career, Wilson has contributed to the development and implementation of programs designed to support individuals with complex behavioral, emotional, and developmental needs. Her expertise includes behavioral health services, Positive Behavior Support, CSSP program development, Medicaid and PASSE systems, quality improvement initiatives, regulatory compliance, and organizational leadership. She has also led efforts related to provider credentialing, Medicaid enrollment processes, policy development, CQL accreditation preparation, and compliance systems designed to strengthen service delivery and promote person-centered practices.
Wilson holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in Health Education and Promotion. She is also a Qualified Behavioral Health Professional (QBHP), Certified Positive Behavioral Specialist (PBS), and SMQT Certified through DHS, bringing a unique blend of clinical understanding, operational leadership, and regulatory expertise to the services provided through Eyez On Your Loved Ones.
